Pouring Systems
The pourTECH Automatic Pouring System controls the flow of
molten iron into green sand molds.
By using real-time feedback from a laser sensor, the system monitors the metal level in the
pour cup and continuously adjusts the position of the stopper rod, eliminating short and over-pours.
